Favourite Sites

Filed under: Favourite Sites — finnandmaisie @ 11:58 am

Both Finn and Maisie regularly use the computer and the Internet. The have always been allowed to use my equipment and have developed a proper respect for it and its use. This, along with extensive computer use at school mean that they are totally comfortable with technology. Maisie loves (as does Finn) and Finn loves Gamegecko – a collection of online games. Outside of gameplay the are both very fond of StumbleUpon which is a site recommendation service that throws up lovely, innovative sites to amuse and amaze. Below are some links to current favourites and we will regularly update when new favourites appear.

I have been taking pictures with my phone camera for a while yet it is only recently that I have gained the facility to distribute them. What follows then is a series of pictures from the last 6 months or so posted on the basis that it is better late than never 🙂

This first set was taken at Cenarth Falls in the middle of May 2007

Hello and Welcome to the Finn & Maisie Blog. At the moment most entries are posted by me, Colin, letting anyone interested see the things I capture on my camera and with my phone. Perhaps at a later date Finn and Maisie will post stuff themselves ? We’ll see 🙂

Recently we visited a fair in Carmarthen and saw a man called Geraint The Snakeman. In a small tent he had on display several snakes and other insects. Finn and Maisie marvelled at the assembled creatures and Finn was even bold enough to has his photo taken with a snake around his neck. He removed his jumper to show off hie beloved ‘Guitar Hero’ Tee-shirt and gave us all a lovely big smile as the camera caught him at his best angle.

Maisie looked on proudly but couldn’t muster the nerve for a snake shot herself.
